Overview
LiftSignals ("we", "us"), operated by LiftSignals, LLC, provides marketing intelligence software. This page describes how we handle personal information, including mobile phone numbers used for account-security SMS.
Mobile numbers and SMS
If you provide a mobile number and opt in to SMS (for example on our SMS opt-in form or in account Settings), we use that number only to send account-security messages such as recovery codes and two-factor authentication codes. Message frequency varies; typically we send a message only when you request a code or use SMS recovery at sign-in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not sell mobile phone numbers or share them with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider) solely to send the messages you opted into, under agreements that limit their use of your number.
Account and product data
We process account details (such as name and email), workspace content you upload or connect, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. See your account Settings for data export and related controls where available.
